Just a seagull having a paddle, but there is a lot more if I look closely.The gull is of course dominant & he is nearly in that 1/3 location which makes for an interesting photo. The diagonal line of the fountain edge and the gull's shadow brings him more into that 1/3 position.
What I really like though are the interesting lines created by the combination of ripples and reflections in the water. They are really subtle, but so interesting & so inspiring for my textile work.
